24,000 square meters of dedicated warehouses, which we own near Rome, allow us to meet the frequent requests of our customers to keep the consignments in storage, pending home delivery.

Our software:
It proposes the implementation of an automation system of all activities for recording management and archiving of documents in the framework of homogeneous organizational areas aligning with the current regulations on the AIPA IT protocol.
It archives Documents - from scanners, files, e-mails or direct input;
It records, researches, distributes to users and reproduces stored documents;
It guarantees maximum security, thanks to a granularity of access control;
It centralizes operations thanks to the implementation in access to the database of a client/server architecture;
It manages the document workflow, the correlation of documents through files and the connection of files. It is possible to have the tracking of the document flow and print the report of the history of each document in the archive;
It guarantees a high level of communication with the possibility of providing the customer with remote access 24 hours a day, through which it will be possible to find information on the status of the archived documents.

For the management of above described we have premises structured to store the archives in safe environments and suitable for long-term storage. The rooms for this purpose are located at the Headquarters of Frosinone which cover an area of 14,000 square meters. This area is equipped with all the certifications required by current environmental safety regulations, it also has a night and day surveillance service and a sophisticated video surveillance service.

Dumpers – we have a fleet of dumpers that can be unloaded from the customer’s location for the separate collection of waste.

We can make different vehicles available to our customers complete with kits for transport, with do-it-yourself move and if necessary, our qualified employees are available for the completion of loading and unloading phases.
